I’ve always been drawn to supporting others as they learn to trust themselves and recognize their inherent strengths. I am focused on helping individuals create meaning in their lives and make decisions from a place of self-respect rather than out of fear.
I have worked in cancer centers, hospice, and in private practice. I have spent most of my life in Seattle and Portland and consider the Pacific Northwest my homebase.
I connect with myself through art-making, writing, relationships, and travel. I love a daily walk and I feel the most alive at the coast.
I have a MA in Psychology & Art Therapy from Antioch University Seattle. I am a board-certified art therapist (ATR-BC) as well as a licensed professional counselor (LPC).
