Or you are ready to redefine and rebuild your life after a loss, life-changing event or illness. Whatever it is, you want to reconnect with yourself and what matters to you. I offer a relaxed and safe space for you to explore. I am guided by humanistic, existential and strength-based therapies and my style is warm and direct.
Art Therapy
Even in virtual sessions, art can be utilized as a part of your therapy. Art Therapy uses the creative process to explore emotions, address unresolved conflicts, and deepen self-awareness. The hands-on process of art-making and use of imagery and symbols can add a new depth to your talk therapy session. You do not need to be artistically inclined or have experience with art materials to benefit from art therapy.
